Frequently asked questions

Can I rent without an International Driving Permit (IDP)?

Yes. If an accident happens and the rider does not hold a valid licence, the renter is fully responsible for all costs and legal consequences.

Can I ride to Pai or Chiang Rai?

Yes. Trips to Pai and Chiang Rai are allowed. We're happy to share route tips and support you if anything unexpected happens with the vehicle.

Is there insurance? What does it cover?

Every bike includes compulsory government insurance (Por Ror Bor) under the Protection for Motor Vehicle Victims Act B.E. 2535. It covers medical costs for rider, passenger, and third parties. It does not cover repair costs to the motorbike itself.

What should I do if there's an accident?

Contact the shop immediately, or within 24 hours at the latest.

Can you help if I'm new to riding or checking the bike?

Absolutely. We support you for the whole rental — maintenance tips, how to use the bike, and recommendations for places to visit and eat. You'll receive a condition video before every handover.

Who pays for repairs after an accident?

Normal wear and tear: the shop covers 100% of repairs.

Accident where you're not at fault: we help coordinate and mediate costs.

Accident due to rider negligence: you pay for bike repairs; medical cover still applies where the law allows (you need a valid, non-expired licence for legal medical coverage).

How do I pay?

We accept cash and QR payment (PromptPay).
